I'm all for whatever we need in or around the river to get the most use out of them while protecting the fish, removing the power generation requirement should reduce the infrastructure required is my point.

I also hate talking about fish when they refuse to kill harbour seals and sea lions that just sit there and eat all the spawning salmon. Like any animal, gotta keep the numbers in check, sell tags or let the tribes do it.
