TINY PERSON CAN RIDE A BIKE WITHOUT STABILISERS!
Hubs took her to the local park while I was fixing up the trail-a-bike. Her training wheels broke last week, and this was the first attempt at riding without them. Not 5 minutes after they set off, I get this video. Apparently she got it on the first try! We think riding on the back of my longtail cargo bike helped her get the feeling of balancing on a bike, so it came rather naturally once hubs 'launched her across the playground'.
(Tiny person is AuDHD and has dyspraxia. A lot of people seem to think that means she would never ride a bike. Of course they were wrong)
Sharing this because after a certain person with brain worms said some stupid shit in the news last week about Autistic people.
