Cat poni, Whorseman of Apocalypse (npub1vse…v7q2) here its unusual for anyone residential to dump cardboard in the street as we all get blue containers at home for that; and the Council check the CCTV to make sure businesses aren't doing it (there's plenty of folk who will report them anyway). I've not seen separated bins in the street though (there aren't many bins in the streets as a lot got taken away during the last terrorism scares in the 2000s)
