Sooo.... I'm probably here for another two years before I reach my savings goal for mortage deposit + fund for misc costs + remaining emergency fund.
Honestly shocked by how much nicer it is now I have some table/desk space which is not in my office. Just going to bunker down and get on with life I guess.
