Arafat had a few $$$ stashed away to alleviate some of the pain and suffering from joblessness by investing in these creative and energetic young people?
What if Iran invested in Gaza or the Golan Heights and turned it into a vacation Paradise where it could generate huge amounts of tourist revenue and mock the neighbors?
