These are the people in the clique in middle and high school who were always looking for someone whose expense they could have a laugh at. Usually kids not in the clique unless there wasn't anyone outside the group to pick on around for longer than they could manage not being cruel. Then they'd look down their pecking order & find someone on the edges of the group to belittle.
The 100% asshole bullies who didn't know how to have fun without cruelty with whom you were never, ever safe.
