Not true at all, but ok.
They only have liabilities worth 18% of their BTC value and have doubled the amount of BTC per share in a year. I have a shit ton of MSTR and write covered calls against my position every week and have stacked more BTC this year off the covered call premium than I had been able to stack since 2016.
