Based on nostr.watch, wss://relay.s3x.social is still up, as is wss://relay.hawties.xyz
Another that may be NSFW-friendly is wss://creatr.nostr.wine, which allows you to set up subscriber exclusive content.
Probably the relay with the most porn on it right now is wss://relay.mostr.pub, which is a bridge to Mastodon, but it's almost all bots auto-reposting content from other sites.
