Well, it's mostly for hardware. They're pushing hardware really hard and focusing solely on "AI" portions. Which is a thing that bugs me on them and AMD both really. Instead of making the stuff people are trying to do (RT and etc) run full speed native, the focus right now is on running low resolution and upscaling using "AI" resizing (which lots of issues that bother my eyes like ringing.) Some modern games (Starfield) look awful at wrong settings due to relying heavily on it.
