Is there something like emotional whiplash? I don’t understand my moods. An hour ago I was freaking out and barely holding it together. Then it was like a switch was flipped and now I feel like “fuck it, who cares, nothing matters anymore”.
And nothing had changed with regard to the amount I was fucked.
