"content": "3/3\nThe 🍉 pieces will still be quite hot to the touch, let cool a bit (still quite warm) \u0026 pack into a jar with the marinade. \nI put in a bit of the🍉 then bit of marinade so I could distribute the kombu \u0026 chili, then rest of both. \nLet it sit at room temp couple of hours till it cools then stick it in fridge. \nDid this yesterday.
