I know people want a magic fix to fiat, but there really isn't one.
There is only one way I can conceive of where the masses of people aren't going to suffer as much - and that is a UBI-type payout to the poor with newly printed fiat from the US Treasury - like Lincoln's greenback.
By doing this the wealth of the bankers and the wealthy would be massively diluted and the inflation would offset the poverty - because it would be given to the poor.
