If you’re looking to remove all the Bartender files and you have homebrew installed, one useful command (per Reddit) is “brew rm --zap --force bartender”, which seems to trash a lot of the ancillary files, even if you didn’t install via homebrew. (No guarantee it’ll get everything, of course.)
