I'm afraid I won't be much help. I don't bother with liquid soap. I can tell you that if you're making liquid soap, you are supposed to use potassium hydroxide instead of sodium hydroxide for lye solution. I don't know which you used.
Also, soap is done when it's fully saponified. I don't use the zap test, as I don't like the taste of soap. Lol. I use ph strips to test. You're looking for a ph between 9-10. Once you achieve that, then it's fully saponified.
Once saponified, you have soap. That doesn't mean that you have the consistency you want though.
The best advice I can give you is to go to YT and watch some videos. There are 1000's. My favorite channel is Elly's Everyday Soap. She is quite thorough. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
