For web developers:
You need to know that when a user minimizes the browser, open another app, open another tab or just focus on another window the browser may or may not disconnect from the relays your app is using
Its not a always disconnect, not a never disconnect but a random disconnect
So if you have nip 46 implemented or is implementing it you should code as if the relay will always disconnect and you need to reopen the relays subs again when the user is back in your app
