I got an email about the Tenacious D piece that is rattling in my head all day. It wasn’t that someone disagreed with me, it’s that the reader didn’t like my initial characterization of Kyle Gass’ comments, and that was enough for them to say “I’m no longer a reader.” That was all they needed.
I don’t want to make a big deal about it, but I didn’t get into doing Tedium to piss people off, so I think I’m going to tread carefully on topics like that in the future.
