Something kinda curious about hiring for 2 globally-remote Wikimedia LGBT+ (npub1zul…anuf) roles is the different ways that people format their professional history & the info they think necessary to include.
I can understand providing phone numbers, despite it being an email -only process. Many CVs include a photo(!!) At least 1 candidate included their place & year of birth(?!)
Yet very few candidates have included their pronouns when applying to this explicitly queer organisation.
