You can't simply give those votes to the Tories. MoreInCommon did a post-election poll of Reform voters, on the question of who they'd have voted for if Reform weren't standing. Only 36% would've voted Tory, compared to 25% who wouldn't have voted, 16% Labour and 9% LibDems (also 7% Green which is, um, interesting).
These voters aren't simply wandering Tories.
