Is this a rewrite of history? Did Russia mass troops on the Ukrainian border saying that they were just exercises? I thought Ukraine was being told for months what was coming and the US and the west kept warning Russia not to do it and threatened them with all sorts of consequences, like blowing up Norstream if they did.
