I'll never forget a conversation I had with a friend who claimed he was too old to have kids when he was 32. I have another friend who's overweight and kinda lazy with a few kids that says it's a young man's game.
I brought this up with a new fellow nostricher with a couple kids who's a bit older and he just calmly said, "Just excuses".
Make sure you curate your circle constantly. I can't imagine how many people don't have a healthy routine that makes you feeling this way at this age just because they are surrounded with weak minded people.
45 years old today, and in the best shape of my life. Feels good. 💪
Going to enjoy a slice of cake for the first time in 15 years. Think I've earned it. 🍰
