As the European Court of Human Rights holds a totemic position with those who are anti #Europe & suspicious of #humanrights #politics, its worth noting (as Justin Rozenberg points out), not only are the vast majority of cases bought to the #ECHR from the UK dismissed (176 cases lodged, 2 violations found), only one out of 61 'interim measures' was granted.
Actually the UK continues to have a very good record on human rights (despite the best efforts of the #tories)
