Why do people claim Microsoft “releases” MS-DOS as open source? In the commit history, the first file is the MIT license…
Sure, the commit history can be backdated but the “verified” commits can’t be falsified, and they are genuinely from 2018.
Sure, 4.0 is new, but that’s about the only new thing here. (For some value of new)
