A very welcome suprise - the national office of the ombudsman out of nowhere released a guide for lawyers for free on how to deal and help people dealing with legal gender correction cases. As you may know, the current law requires trans folk yo literally sue their parents if they wanna change their legal gender.

This is surprising because trans people were never really the "main part" of the queer rights push by the democratic opposition, so having this book appear out of nowhere makes me happy, since it means they arent forgotten by the new government.

This makes me wonder whether we can expect a bill with improvements and changes to the legal transition process to be presented alongside the previously announced civil unions bill 😳
