The solution to Twitter/X being weaponized into a hate platform by a right-wing billionaire is not to censor the site, as Venezuela's authoritarian government is doing.
It's for civil society to stop legitimizing it with its presence.
Nice to see a UK hospital that's part of the NHS doing so (even if they don't yet appear to embrace the fediverse); would be great to see a wave of similar UK departures as we've seen in Germany in response to Musk's hate-mongering.
