The missus has a bunch of broads coming over tonight, and I'm to be their pizza chef. I shall be cooking up 4 pies: a Margherita; a pepperoni, sausage, and pepperoncini number; a pear and prosciutto affair, with caramelized onions and a drizzle of balsamic reduction (we couldn't find any arugula); and a white pizza with fontina, potatoes, EVOO, and a liberal amount of rosemary salt.
