I want to send a specific message to only one particular relay. My message isn't public enough to be read by the entire world and remain permanently stored.
I aim to store my data on a specific relay for a short period and then delete it using NIP-09 after a while.
It's similar to how direct messages work, where a message is published only on one relay.
In my experience with various clients, even after removing all relays, the client still connects to certain relays, leading to data leakage. This is what I'm trying to avoid.
