Red Rozenglass (nprofile…yzv0) Cocoa Hoto in real life (nprofile…k9rm) probably one step ahead of the curve but i don't even know where to find the code (plus no time/interest to review) nor do i know how it's handling all those features you describe. chroots and environment (wtf do you even mean by "custom environment variables" here exactly?) are handled by separate tools in daemontools-style supervision, with one of those tools obviously being the standard chroot utility, so idk why that would need to be reimplemented
you say log files too; does it rely on a logrotate daemon?
