There are days when I'm very grateful for my #aphantasia and today is one of those days. It doesn't take long for me to mentally disconnect an image from a person in my mind. If I haven't seen someone in person in a while, even if I'm still regularly talking to someone by different means, it's as if they become a completely different person in my mind.
