Running takes control of your feet
Motion is delight

After more than a ten year hiatus, I recently started running again. Up until this afternoon it’s been a struggle to get around the block but today, as I was turning onto Foster Crossing, some trace memory kicked in, and I found myself gliding along effortlessly. That’s when this haiku popped into my head.
