For years I've regaled/annoyed passengers on cross-country trips pointing out water towers and elaborating my plans to turn one into a house. Probably good for a built in swimming pool, large picture windows, wrap-around railing with BBQ grill and lawn chairs. Telescope on the top. Being a faraday cage of sorts, think of the view during lightning storms!
