there’s also a ton of low-res and square versions/duplicates that came over in the upload that Ente (npub1m9e…e9jl) doesn’t identify as duplicates because the file sizes are different. That’s going to be a huge pain in the butt to sort out.
And it failed to generate thumbnails for thousands of videos. This is especially annoying when identifying duplicates, because as far as I can tell, I can’t see or play them from that screen to see whether to keep ‘em
