Let's hear it for the Golden Nugget Las Vegas who don't even have live reservation agents anymore.
I've tried canceling my reservation and the fucking AI and phoy typing sounds run you through the whole process then inform you that they can't process it and to call back during business hours. If you want to make a reservation be prepared to deal with AI Cindy throughout the whole process.
BTW, there is no option to cancel a reservation online.
