“Btw next chapter in long COVID survival guide is by two HIV/AIDS activists on ableism and capitalism in sickness and covers a lot of that I was thinking about but couldn’t really articulate with the cognitive stuff earlier.
I like the awareness they brought to topics like:
- “I’m sick, but I’m not disabled” or “I’m disabled but I’m not sick” rhetorics
