Update:
Det. Chris Murray of San Diego PD has located India and within the last couple of hours has met with her in person, alone, to assess her state of mind and safety.
Despite a distressed phone message to a friend, recorded this morning, she assured him that she was safe and well. She did not want to leave her location with him and asked him not to disclose it to anyone, including us.
Thus San Diego P D no longer considers her a missing person.
