Random thought about hearing safety following up yesterday thread.
If so many people are wearing some sort ear plugs for safety, if concert and festival organizers provide or sell hearing protection on spot, if even health institutions talk about it...
wouldn't that mean that there is something wrong with concerts!?
The "the sound needs to reach the end of the room" does not feel like a valid argument per se, imho they could use more speakers properly placed.
