During the meeting, the board of directors adopted new governance and financial strategies that contribute to the group's vision and expansion plans, and emphasized the strategic direction to enhance technological capabilities and expand sustainable global partnerships. The meeting was attended by Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Jasem Mohammed Buatabeh Al Zaabi, Brad Smith, Iain Duncan, and Ray Dalio.
