i also think, every ritual, especially with friends, can make you seek it more and more. not necessarily physically addictive, but also socially somehow. sometimes you need to vent and then just do it because thats what comes to your mind first - instead of processing through sport or other activities. addiction comes in various forms, is what I want to say
