I can send Bitcoin, USDT or USDC (on Ethereum) and spend dollars (converted into which ever currency is required) and I guess the above video means I'll be able to have native GBP as well now.
It's keeps it in BTC until you spend it, so you still get the gains and you have a debit card and full bank account with guarantees.
They also offer US commodities and stocks, but I'm not interested in this.
It costs $150 per year for the account, this is rising to $1,000 for new customers for off-shore accounts. I'm not sure what their fees will be for UK accounts.
