Window Maker is an X11 window manager that looks rather like the way OpenStep drew window borders. GNUstep is a full implementation of more or less current Cocoa core library set (Foundation Kit and AppKit and some others) from macOS, and can be used with Window Maker or any other window manager on X11. The default look is that of OpenStep, but GSTheme allows it to look like anything in theory.
