i've always thought: lesser quality animal based foods are better than non-animal based foods.
But what do you think?
for instance, someone has limited access/resources for grass finished beef, raw dairy, pastured raised chicken/eggs, etc. Should they:
• buy whatever they can of the good stuff, & make up the calorie difference with more servings of fruit/potatoes/rice, whatever.
• make up the calorie difference with lesser quality animal products, like grass/corn fed beef, pasterized dairy, etc.
(i'm not counting premade burger patties, sausages, liquid eggs, etc, that are filled with "solutions," basically seed oil fillers to make up some of the fat content...I'd literally just eat more potatoes 😂)
