Yeah, unfortunately no guarantees on preventing rebroadcasting - just our best effort solution. It is effective on most relay implementations but there is nothing stopping anyone from accepting the notes if they want.
It will be rejected by relays that support expiration or “-“ tags. Resharing of Creatr hosted media is more robust.
