I drop the occasional Welsh or Irish word/phrase that can usually be easily figured from context. Croeso for Welcome, things like that.
I did manage to write a fun scene where I had two secretive characters speaking Cumbric. I looked up some basic phrases and sneaked them in. The text quickly switches to the English translation.
