I do really like Discord for larger group chat/organization kind of things, as a one-to-one chat it's kind of overkill.
And it's good — for now. I fear it's yet another corporation trying to figure out how to monetize its users; it rejected an offer from Microsoft, but it's just got to be a matter of time 'til it's en*hittified.
