I had to swap cars for a few weeks and I went from my analog 2011 Ford Escape to a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. Half the controls are touch and I get far too much distracting information on the various screens on the dash.
Like, just give me buttons and spearmint green LCD displays. That is enough.
