I can't imagine wanting to pay six hours of electricity to produce a small amount of dried fruit, but it's good at stuff you'd think it is. General roasting, general frying, nearing rotisserie style if needed, general baking, and for those trying to fry without frying. Just beware the induction plate limits the size of meals.
