I picked up a virus Friday night. (Not the Friday night pick-up one hopes for, hardy-har. 🙄)
I don't know for sure it's Covid. Yesterday's rapid test was negative & I'm feeling enough better today that I won't bother repeating.
But, I picked up a respiratory infection at an outdoor event in August, so: It's probably Covid.
When the sore throat really kicked in Saturday night, I remembered this recent article on how anti-histamines can block Covid access to cells.
