One of the key technologies of Book Two is the ability to manipulate the wave function of elementary particles such that you can set new positions and momentum. This is done with computers that can reassign particles positions at scale. Nothing travels. A particle is in one place, then it's in another, instantly. It facilitates 3D printing of anything, anywhere.
But, I don't know if the physicists will figure that out for a while.
