My old wise boss used to say to me....
"Endings, are only new beginnings"
It's been a rough few weeks for me on an emotional, psychological, and mental level. However....
Today "yesterday" marks the beginning of me taking steps to deal with these struggles head on, fearlessly, in a walk forward motion on making some important big decision for mental health sakes, to press on. And as drastic of an effort this was, I'm so proud of a few things.
