It's a great inversion of standard western cartoon tropes and just funny as hell in general and I sincerely hope it's not dumbed down. It seems especially at risk of that since it looks like a kid's cartoon but also has swears in it which was genuinely unexpected and hilarious for me and I'd hate to see that removed in the final product.
