maybe this is a translation mismatch from different languages. But I am very deep in alt tech stuff and I have never once seen anything described by "internal decentralized cloud" so as a buzzword to me or other people speaking English it's not a term that you can even research. Maybe explaining that the phone supports syncing data between itself and other phones or computers running holochain or a supported p2p protocol would be more understandable.
